Phosphatidlycholine (PC), a soy lecithin substance, is the chemical compound found in our cell membranes. Using small needles, the PC (which is the main ingredient in the Lipodissolve) is injected directly into the subcutaneous fat layer. The fat, which is released, is then naturally and permanently metabolized by the body. The body circumference in this region is measurably reduced. As a rule, 6 treatments in intervals of 2-4 weeks are necessary to successfully remove the fat.

 

Almost every patient will have some temporary side-effects after treatment including pain, bruising, swelling, redness, itching and some temporary numbness in the treated area(s).
